Seattle

Things were pretty nuts for a time there in Vancouver, 7 people under the roof of the house where Eliza and I were staying. Really mother fucking good to see Eliza though, remember all those little quirks of hers. Was real ace though, she got me an apple when I felt sick. First Aussie friend I'd seen other than Beck and Hugues, and even though Eliza hasn't been in Aus for as long as me it was still good to catch up on things and talk about home.

I'm currently in Seattle... I like it. There's some sus people hanging around, but I sure like what I've seen so far. Went to the public Markets yesterday, to the music project museum today, been into some crazy shops. Hostel I'm staying in is real nice, best I've ever stayed in, beds have curtains around them, and power points right next to each bed. Breakfast is included, eggs, pancakes, toast etc, plus dinner on Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday. Seattle seems real environmentally friendly, seen some cool lookin peeps hanging out, could see myself spending more time here, checking out the local live music scene.. next time, it's not so far from Vancouver. Checking out Jimi Hendrix's grave tomorrow, Bruce Lee too... Kurt Cobain's house. I'm pumped.
